1. Regulatory Compliance
Teppa Farms operates in strict accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines. Our processing units and farms are registered and regularly audited to ensure compliance with national food safety standards.
- FSSAI License No: [Active License]
- Regular compliance audits by certified food safety officers.
2. No-Adulteration Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for adulteration. Our milk is never processed with preservatives, hormones, or antibiotics. What you get is raw, pasteurized, or homogenized milk (depending on the variant) that is as close to nature as possible.
- No added water or thickeners.
- No oxytocin injections for cattle.
- Antibiotic-free milk and meat.
3. Hygiene & Processing
Our milking process is automated and touch-free to minimize human contact and prevent contamination. From the udder to the bottle, the milk is enclosed in a hygienic, sanitized environment.
For our meat products, we follow humane slaughter practices in clean, sanitized facilities, ensuring the meat is processed safely and hygienically.
4. Cold Chain Integrity
Temperature control is critical for fresh produce. Our milk is chilled to 4°C immediately after milking and maintained at that temperature until it reaches your doorstep. This prevents bacterial growth and preserves the natural nutrients of the milk.
5. Traceability
We pride ourselves on being a farm-to-plate brand. We can trace every bottle of milk and every pack of meat back to the specific batch and farm origin. This complete control over our supply chain eliminates the risks associated with aggregators.
6. Lab Testing
Every batch of milk undergoes rigorous testing in our in-house lab for:
- SNF (Solids Not Fat) and Fat content verification.
- Adulteration checks (Urea, detergent, starch, etc.).
- Microbial load analysis.
We encourage our customers to visit our farms (by appointment) to witness our safety protocols firsthand.
