Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Teppa Farms, we ensure that the freshness of our farms is preserved right until it reaches your kitchen. We operate our own delivery fleet to maintain strict cold-chain integrity from our farm to your home in Hyderabad.

1. Service Locations

We strictly serve Hyderabad and its surrounding areas. Currently, we deliver to households and businesses in Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Hitech City, Madhapur, Kukatpally, and Secunderabad.

2. Delivery Timings

We operate in specific time slots to ensure predictability:

• Morning Slot (Milk & Essentials): 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM
• Evening Slot (Meat & Other Products): 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Please note that delivery timings may vary slightly depending on traffic and weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

• Subscription Orders: Delivery is FREE for all subscription-based milk orders.
• On-Demand Orders: A small delivery fee may apply for orders totaling less than ₹500. Orders above ₹500 qualify for free delivery.

4. Cold Chain Assurance

Our delivery vehicles are equipped with temperature-controlled units for meat and insulated boxes for milk. This ensures that your products remain at the optimal temperature of 4°C during transit, preventing spoilage and bacterial growth.

5. Delivery Process

For contactless delivery, our rider will leave the package at your designated spot (doorstep/bag) and ring the doorbell. Please ensure you pick up fresh milk and meat promptly to refrigerate it.

If you live in a gated community, please ensure our delivery partners have the necessary permissions to enter.
