Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: January 01, 2024At Teppa Farms, we strive to deliver the freshest farm produce to your home. Due to the perishable nature of our products (Milk, Eggs, Meat), we have a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
1. Return Policy
Given the nature of fresh food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted by you. We encourage customers to inspect the package upon delivery.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We will happily provide a refund or a free replacement under the following circumstances:
- Quality Issue: If the milk/meat is found to be spoiled, curdled (before boiling), or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- Damage: If the packaging is damaged or tampered with during transit.
- Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing Item: If any item from your order is missing.
To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2-4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Claims made after this window may not be entertained due to the perishable nature of the goods.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order subject to the following timelines:
- Subscription Orders (Milk): Cancellations or pauses for the next day's delivery must be made before 8:00 PM on the previous day.
- On-Demand Orders (Meat/Eggs): Cancellations can be made before the order status changes to "Out for Delivery". Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to your original method of payment (or Teppa Farms Wallet, if applicable) within 5-7 business days.
